From Basel🇨🇭- Street / Landscape / Milky Way photographer and diver addict - Photo Award Winner - Join one of my photo tours & workshops in 2026👇
Switzerland in all its beauty - probably the bigge Switzerland in all its beauty - probably the biggest Milky Way Panorama project I have ever done .. from planning to hiking, from shooting to processing. Reaching the location was such a big expedition with a total of +30km and +2000m elevation gain in 3D/2N hiking tour. Packed with the full gear including tracker and drone, I finished exhausted but the reward was on the way. First time I shoot the Milky Way pano that high in the sky with multiple rows including ha frames as well as soft filter frames. The stitching and nebula alignment was not that trivial but managed to get a great final outcome. Let me know what you think !!! I’ll be happy to hear about your feedback.

Cloudy sky most of the early night but it did uncovers slightly before the core setting behind the #churfirsten . We found a nice composition using up the flowing river leading in the right direction.

Karynzharyk Depression - It is located in the Sout Karynzharyk Depression - It is located in the South of the Ustyurt National Reserve and it is definitely worth the drive. It looks like a lunar-like landscape with some small mountains surrounded by salt marsh. We spent 2 nights there shooting in the many opportunities that the area provides. And one night we got woken up my the distant storm and rain drops on our tents. Great memories shooting the scene.
